  • Turf Bookings: Once a turf slot is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be provided.
  • Subscriptions: Any membership or subscription purchased is non-refundable.
  • Events/Workshops: Fees for events, tournaments, or workshops are non-refundable.
  • Digital Services: Online content, coaching, or strategy sessions are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Situations

We do not normally allow exceptions, but in extremely rare cases, management may consider partial credit (not cash refund). Such cases may include double payment due to system error or unavoidable service disruption. These are discretionary and not guaranteed.
