2. Scope
- Turf Bookings: Cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- Events & Tournaments: Registration is final.
- Memberships & Subscriptions: Cannot be canceled midway.
3. Exceptions
We do not offer standard exceptions. In cases of natural disasters or TurfHustle canceling an event, we may reschedule rather than cancel.
